When a deal stage changes, Pipedrive sends an event to BizwaChat's webhook endpoint and BizwaChat fires the corresponding WhatsApp message within seconds.

Yes. BizwaChat supports multiple Pipedrive pipelines and lets you configure stage-to-template mappings independently for each pipeline. For example, your "Enterprise" pipeline might trigger formal templates while your "SMB" pipeline uses conversational templates. Each pipeline and stage can have its own WhatsApp message configuration.

Yes. After each WhatsApp message is sent, BizwaChat creates a "Note" activity on the Pipedrive deal with the message content, timestamp, and delivery status. When the prospect replies, BizwaChat logs the reply as another note. This gives your sales team complete WhatsApp conversation history directly within the Pipedrive deal.

Reps cannot reply directly from Pipedrive, but they can click through to the BizwaChat inbox from the Pipedrive deal activity. BizwaChat's shared inbox is the interface for managing WhatsApp conversations. We're working on a deeper Pipedrive integration that would surface a reply button within the Pipedrive deal view.
