Each pipeline and stage can have its own WhatsApp message configuration.
Yes. After each WhatsApp message is sent, BizwaChat creates a "Note" activity on the Pipedrive deal with the message content, timestamp, and delivery status. When the prospect replies, BizwaChat logs the reply as another note. This gives your sales team complete WhatsApp conversation history directly within the Pipedrive deal.
Reps cannot reply directly from Pipedrive, but they can click through to the BizwaChat inbox from the Pipedrive deal activity.
