7-Day Refund Window
You Have 7 Days to Request a Refund
BizwaChat offers a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription or plan upgrade. This gives you a full week to evaluate the platform and ensure it meets your business needs.
How the 7-Day Period Works
Day of Purchase (Day 0)
Your subscription begins and the 7-day refund window starts immediately
Days 1-7
You can explore the platform, test features, and decide if it's right for your business
Day 7 (Last Day)
Any refund request must be submitted before 11:59 PM on this date
Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from your initial subscription or plan upgrade date
β Documented Justification
You must provide a clear explanation of why the platform doesn't work for you. Valid reasons include:

- β’ Feature set misalignment with your use case
- β’ Integration issues with your CRM or other tools
- β’ Performance or technical concerns
- β’ Better alternatives found for your needs
- β’ Change in business requirements or circumstances
β Active Account in Good Standing
Your account must be active and not suspended. No violations of our Terms of Service
β Recurring Subscription
Refunds are available for monthly or annual subscription plans. Special pricing or promotional offers may have different terms
How to Request a Refund
Step-by-Step Process
Create a Support Ticket
Log into your BizwaChat portal and create a support ticket with the title "Refund Request"
Provide Clear Justification
Explain in detail why you'd like a refund. The more specific you are, the better we can assist you
Our Team Will Review
The BizwaChat support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and assess your eligibility
Approval & Processing
If approved, we'll issue the refund minus applicable processing fees (if any)
Refund to Card
The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days

Processing Fees & Charges
User-Borne Processing Fees
While we want to honor refund requests, there may be minimal processing fees charged by our payment processor, Stripe:
These fees are the responsibility of the user requesting the refund. BizwaChat itself does not charge additional administrative or processing fees for refunds.
Refund Amount Calculation
Your refund will be calculated as follows:
Example: If you paid $99 USD and the processing fee is 2.5%, you'll receive approximately $96.53 USD (after Stripe's fee is deducted).
Non-Refundable Cases
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
After 7-Day Window Expires
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period cannot be processed
Account Suspension
If your account was suspended for Terms of Service violations, refunds will not be granted
Fraudulent Activity
Accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activities are not eligible for refunds
User Error or Misuse
Refunds are not provided for account access issues resulting from user error or account misuse
Promotional or Discounted Plans
Special pricing, promotional offers, or bundled packages may have different refund terms
Vague or Unsupported Justification
Refund requests without clear, documented reasons may be denied
Important Information
Payment Gateway: Stripe
All payments and refunds are processed through Stripe Payment Gateway. BizwaChat does not store or handle your credit card informationβthis is managed securely by Stripe. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used at purchase.
Discretionary Refunds Beyond 7 Days
In exceptional circumstances (technical issues on our end, service failures, etc.), BizwaChat may approve refunds beyond the 7-day window at our sole discretion. Contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
